David Yurman Debuts Spring Advertising 2017 Campaign

For Spring 2017, fashion photographer Bruce Weber takes an intimate look at the good life with an enchanting spring campaign for David Yurman captured in the beautiful Florida Keys. Starring models Natalia Vodianova and newcomer to the brand Taylor Hill, the images conjure the ease of a carefree holiday, the elegant swans of a bygone era captured in brilliant color and crisp black and white.

Anyone that knows me knows that I am a HUGE David Yurman fan.  While strolling down Rodeo Drive in L.A., I went into the David Yurman store and was instantly mesmerized.  There were pieces that I did not even know existed and they simply took my breath away.  Combine my love for David Yurman and a shoot in my favorite place on Earth, the Florida Keys and you have the ad campaign!

says Sybil Yurman. “It is about a lifestyle that in many ways mirror how David and I live in terms of our artistic sensibilities, our dedication to craft and our belief that imagery should reflect the beauty and authenticity in everyday moments.”

Natalia and Taylor both represent the natural confidence of the David Yurman woman, while the lush surroundings depict the spirit of relaxed informality. The campaign features new collections such as Continuance, Pavéflex, and Solari that each represents the essence of the David Yurman brand in contemporary new ways. Jewelry is worn casually illustrating a freedom and irreverence intent on self-expression and individual style.

Shooting in black and white in my opinion ads a hint more elegance to a campaign.  Brands such as Yves Saint Laurent, Louis Vuitton, Celine, and more have launched advertising campaigns in black and white.

The American Luxury brand is available in over 350 locations worldwide and keep unconventional yet classic pieces the core of their brand.
